Cleated Sole Chelsea Boots & Metallic Square Rings

I'm back! After a bit of a break, I feel fully ready to start blogging again. Here's to no more breaks (apart from the odd holiday) and to working really hard to achieving something with this little slice of internet!

Anyway, moving onto this little snippet of a post which features 2 of my favourite purchases recently. Although spring is here, we are having a crap time with the weather which is making dressing for this season even harder than it usually is. Perfect excuse for some new ankle boots am I right? I adore these chunky cleated sole boots from Boohoo. They are chunky yet not too chunky which I feel gives them a spring-time vibe. They are also my first pair of shoes from Boohoo and I am pretty impressed!

Next up from H&M are these really quirky metallic square rings. I am a sucker for jewellery that is a bit different and I couldn't resist these for just £5.99 - a fantastic price for 6 rings! I love that they come in 3 tones of silver, gold and rose gold - mixing metals is something I really love doing and is a really easy trend to do with rings. Major hearts for these!

Barry M Aquarium - Treasure Chest

Hello!

Another Barry M snippet today, this time it's from the Aquarium Collection! I've wanted Treasure Chest since this collection was released but only bought it from the Clothes Show as it was on offer. It's such a gorgeous glitter, it would pair so well with a lot of my polishes and of course all glitters look fab around this time of year. Treasure Chest is a glitter polish consisting of gold and pink flakes.

My Perfect A/W Boot

Hello!

A little showcase of some new boots I picked up from H&M recently. They're my perfect A/W shoe, gorgeously chunky, super comfortable and with a rose gold zip. What's not to love?! Plus, they're only £29.99! They're incredibly similar, dare I say it... dupe, of the Vagabond Dioon zip-front boots, except £30 is a lot more in my budget than the hefty Vagabond £100 price tag! Overall, they're comfy, look fab and I'm going to get a hell of a lot of wear from them.

These boots aren't online, however they are still in store!

Rimmel London Pop Art Topcoat

Hello!

I've been wanting this super cute topcoat for a few weeks now so I thought I'd bite the bullet and pop it in my basket during my recent mini Superdrug haul.
I absolutely adore this polish, I feel like I'm going to get a lot of wear from it. As with glitter topcoats, you kind of have to blob it on a little to get enough dots on your nails but this doesn't bother me. I adore this effect.

NOTD #1 - No7 Stay Perfect Nail Colour: Spring Meadow (LE)

Hello!

Just a snippet for you today, I'm off to Alton Towers!!

My nails of the day featuring No7 Stay Perfect in Spring Meadow. I am unsure if they still have this polish (sorry!) as it was limited edition and I got it for my birthday back in April. It's a super pretty minty colour and just gorgeous!
I do find No7 polishes don't last long and chip easily, but this could be to do with my base/topcoat, I'm not sure. Anyway, it's super pretty and I don't mind doing touch-ups!

First Impression: REN Skincare Hot Cloth Cleanser*

Yesterday I picked up InStyle as I fancied a read, to be honest the freebie caught my eye the most. A REN sample size Hot Cloth Cleanser and cloth.

Even though I've only used this a few times, I'm impressed. I much prefer it to my current cleanser, and I'm almost tempted to have a little spend on REN. This cleanser doesn't upset my skin and removes my make-up (even eye make-up) and leaves me with lovely fresh feeling skin which isn't dry or tight. I don't feel like I need to immediately reach for my moisturiser after, which is a lovely feeling. It didn't aggravate the redness in my skin either, which is heaven sent. So done with redness, honestly

I am very impressed with this cleanser, and I may purchase a full size bottle. I recommend it already, I've even got my mum trying it. If you don't want to spend £16 before trying it, pick up an InStyle magazine whilst you can!

REN Hot Cloth Cleanser - £16, 150ml
