Current Favourite Summer Nail Polishes

I don't think I've ever done a favourite nail polish post, or if I have it was a very long time ago! I thought I'd share some of my favourite shades that I've been wearing on my nails through these last few weeks.

Barry M: Coral - I love this shade for a typical bright pop of colour during summer.

No7: LE Spring Meadow - although originally released as a spring colour, I'm loving pastel shades for this summer. This mint green is stunning.

Ciate: Cream Soda - I'm a huge fan of grey polish, and I wanted a lighter "pastel" grey for summer. Cream Soda is that exact description, although it needs a few layers to build up it's true colour.

Ciate: Raspberry Collins - a mini from the Beach House collection, this gorgeous bright pop of raspberry pink is your perfect summer pink. Currently loving on my toes!
Ciate: Doll Face - from the Porcelain Collection, this shade is pretty pastel nude. Be sure to topcoat with your favourite topcoat (or matte topcoat) to prevent chipping, these chip a lot without it.
Ciate: Baby Doll - from the Porcelain Collection, this is a pastel peach. Like Doll Face, this needs a form of topcoat to prevent any chipping.

Recent Instagrams #5

The 5th installment to my Recent Instagrams, and I'm getting way better at updating it. I think it's just one of those things you have to get into, now it's probably my most clicked-on app...

1 - Over Easter at work we had a face/body painter in, and I couldn't not get something painted on me. I had a matching pattern on my face too!

2 - The Lash Sensational mascara by Maybelline, my new favourite mascara. It's amazing - as good as Roller Lash for a fraction of the price.

3 - Eep, my beautiful pink and white hydrangea! I totally gave in and bought this. I just need to keep it alive for a year or so in a pot before Aaron can put it in our garden!

4 - Major glow factor with my top 3 bronzing and highlighting products. I'm still so in love with the Sleek Precious Metals palette!

5 - Some new in products, which I did a post on! Thank you Gosh for introducing me to velvet lip products!

6 - A little outfit snap whilst I was waiting for my friend in town. I really love this outfit - I'm loving the pastels mixed with my usual monochrome!

7 - Gorgeous heart-shaped flowers from the pretty awesome Dicentra. I couldn't believe how well my camera performed for this photo! You go Galaxy S4 Mini, you go.

8 - Aaron helps buy in the plants at work, so when one of our suppliers came in he picked up some cactus just for me. Haha!

9 - I'm still loving MAC Plumful! For a more spring-summer feel, I sheer it out by applying lip balm before applying the lipstick. Gorgeous!

10 - I am a huge cat lover and a serious cat-mom so this mug is right up my street! So cute! (Plus I am definitely Greedy Cat right, eating a bar of Hotel Chocolat Raspberry Riot!)

11 - The Makeup Revolution Ultra Brow Palette and The One Stick in Matte Malibu. Both equally awesome products, I am so happy my local Superdrug stocks these!

12 - My absolute favourite lip product at the moment is the Maybelline Colour Elixir gloss in Caramel Infused. I wear it everywhere, it's got a moisturising feel and lasts so long, plus the colour is pretty much perfect!

13 - Spring is in the air now the blossoms are out! So in love with flowering cherries, I am definitely getting one in my future garden!

14 - My new favourite contour prouct, I wish I had switched to cream contouring ages ago, it's so easy and looks amazing. This is the Makeup Revolution One Stick in Matte Malibu.

15 - My awesome birthday cake made by my awesome friend, Ally. I absolutely love it! Aside from the amazing decoration, it's really yummy red velvet inside, mmmm...

16 - I went to Bristol shopping for my birthday and picked these biscuit joggers up from Primark. They just have the best loungewear!

18 - The MR Ultra Brow palette! This thing is brilliant, best £6 I've spent!

Pinterest: 5 Interiors

Hello!

I've just started using Pinterest properly after having it for a while, so I'm definitely going to start blogging about the gorgeous pins I find. I'm seriously hooked on it already, my new favourite part of my evenings is scrolling through Pinterest, just adding to my boards.

I'm in love with monochrome and gold interiors. I don't think when I get my home that I'll be able to recreate such gorgeous, modern spaces but I will definitely use these images as inspiration.

November Favourites

Hello!

I thought it was about time I did another monthly favourites, as I haven't done one since May... Oops! There's always something I'm obsessing with during the course of a month so I'm bringing back the monthly favourite posts.

H&M Zip-Front Boots
I can't wait to get more wear out of these, they're literally my dream pair of boots... and they were only £30. Thank you H&M! I have a snippet style post up here (link) if you want to check them out some more. They're so comfy too, which is a huge plus for me as most of my shoes have scarred me!

MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter
I've had this for a while now but this month I've used it more than ever. I like to use it for work on my dull skin days just to bring a bit of light to my face, and of course I love it for my usual contour. It's so beautiful and pigmented, I'm definitely going to repurchase - however I can see this little gem sticking around for a while! See the review I wrote here.

H&M Black Bowler Hat
I love this so much I bought a burgundy version too. I've been loving the hat trend, I never thought I'd ever have a go at it but ever since this landed on my head I've barely wanted to take it off. I just feel like I've completed my outfit with it, almost lost if I don't wear it! Haha. I'm now on the hunt for a fedora to add my little collection!

Primark Checked Trousers
I usually find that Primark trousers don't fit me, but when I saw these I fell in love and took them home with me anyway! Luckily enough, they fit me perfectly and I just feel bang on trend wearing them, always a good feeling!

Superdrug Teatree Cleanser & Toner
I bought this in a last minute rush as I needed a quick cleanser! I decided on this because it was on offer, and as it is a toner as well I thought it was the perfect quick on-the-go product. I didn't know what to expect, but all I can say is that it does the job, and my skin has never been better. I'm definitely repurchasing!
